ESA Welcomes Dr. Lola Fayad to Inspire BBA Students

On September 16, 2025, ESA invited Dr. Lola Fayad, CFO and Financial Advisor, to meet with first-year BBA students and share her expertise. The session aligned with ESA’s objective of providing students with their first real exposure to the professional world, allowing them to ask questions about family business operations, leadership, and strategy.

Dr. Fayad also shared insights on how family enterprises have navigated challenges and crises in Lebanon over recent years, inspiring these future leaders and offering practical knowledge to better understand business decision-making.
